Month 1 / Understand the Problem

Your Mission : Understand the real problem, not just the idea.
You’ll explore the context, users, and existing alternatives to avoid building the wrong thing.

Outcome : A clear problem definition and a specific user worth solving for.

Month 2 / Talk to Real People

Your Mission : Validate your assumptions in the real world.
You’ll talk to real users, test your hypotheses, and pivot if needed.

Outcome : A validated problem and a confident solution direction.

Month 3 / Make It Tangible

Your Mission : Turn ideas into something people can react to.
You’ll create tangible prototypes that make your solution visible and testable.

Founderra was born to share what we’ve learned out there, the courage to start, the habit of learning by doing, and the belief that collaboration beats competition.

We don’t just connect young founders with mentors, tools, and a community, we build with them. From first idea to first prototype, we roll up our sleeves and grow together. Because what inspired us elsewhere deserves to thrive here too.

Juraj /

is a venture builder and product strategist with a strong background in banking, fintech and edtech. After a Big Four technology consulting experience he currently works at a bank where he shapes innovation and new product initiatives. Beyond that, he also co-founded Slovakia’s first high-school startup incubator. Also, he mentors early stage start-ups in several accelerators. He is a passionate advocate for innovation and education on a mission to find next generation of entrepreneurs.

Hana /

studied Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Denmark, where she worked with early-stage startups on business development and strategy, learning what it takes to turn ideas into action. After returning home, she joined the banking sector to focus on corporate innovation. She’s passionate about projects with tangible social impact and brings a practical, hands-on approach to Founderra, helping students turn their ideas into reality.

Rony /

brings years of sales and business development experience from Salesforce, closing mid-market deals and doing outreach to startups up to enterprises in Central and Eastern Europe. After that, at Google, he supported Slovak and Czech strategic publishers in growing their ad revenue and helped advertisers accelerate their growth. Besides that, he has mentored and coached multiple colleagues, friends, and startups in sales.
